my lady kan just make it strong through 2 months of me being away for basic , she would have the world . thats how much she means to me . if i got it , and she want it , its hers . #knowdat . shit , life is about risk and living . military ; its in me . I’m ready . hope she is too .

Cardio recovery. Stretching has never felt so good. I even felt a burn from the stretches. Flexibility is increasing I can definitely tell that. I’m still waiting on the physical results… I’m patient though.
